These Terms of Use govern the conditions applicable to access to and use of the Website and its services, irrespective of the device employed for such access and regardless of whether the User is registered.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the expressions «service,» «our service,» or «the service» shall be understood to refer to the digital content service made available to Users through the Website, encompassing all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, websites and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated therewith. However, to access certain services or functionalities made available exclusively to professionals, Users must register and subscribe following validation of their professional profile by DEEP COM through the ‘PRESS’ section enabled on the Website for this purpose (hereinafter, the “Professional Area”).

To complete the registration process within the Professional Area, the User shall be required to:

1. provide the necessary registration data (including, but not limited to, full name, professional email address, and the media outlet with which the User is affiliated); DEEP COM reserves the right to accept or reject registration requests based on the information submitted.
2. create a username and password; and
3. accept the Privacy Policy.

The User shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information provided, as well as for fulfilling the requirements for use of the service.

Registration in the Professional Area grants access to a restricted section of the Website, containing exclusive content relating to press releases issued by DEEP COM or by any entity belonging to the ISII GROUP, with or without the option to download such materials. The password created by the User is personal and non-transferable. The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their password, to prevent its unauthorized use by third parties, and to notify DEEP COM immediately of any unauthorized access to their account or any security breach relating to the service of which they become aware.
